Together with Gustavo Lauria, Marco co-founded Creyentes and We Believers. With a background as an Industrial Engineer, Marco brings over 20 years of experience in CPG, consulting, entrepreneurship and advertising. He possesses a unique mix with his consulting mindset honed at McKinsey & Company, complemented by an engineering background from P&G. Additionally, Marco serves as a board member for the Hispanic Marketing Council. He is also a co+founder and board member of E6PR one of the leading sustainable packaging labs in the World. He holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. He lives with his wife and son in Darien, CT and is an avid Airstreamer.

She worked in global advertising agencies such as Grey, Ogilvy, Lowe and in the No. 1 food and beverage company in the world Nestlé. At Nestlé USA as a Communication Director of Total Market & Multicultural Strategy and Mexico as VP Head of marketing & communication. Her passion for Powerful business and human insights, creativity and innovation drives and thrives her career always. Currently is President of iab in México and in 2023 was recognized as a Top Marketer in Mexico by Scopen, AdLatina.

He has over 20 years of experience leading teams at top creative agencies. A native of Argentina, Lucas carved a name for himself in the industry, laying the foundations for a stellar career that eventually brought him to NYC in 2015. He joined We Believers in 2022.
His work spans campaigns for the US and Hispanic markets, LaTam, and Global projects. His vast experience grants him a unique perspective, enabling smooth transitions across diverse markets.
His work has been recognized at every major industry festival.

Pablo Salazar Rojo is a seasoned executive with 20+ years leading high-impact organizations across Latin America, the U.S., and Europe. He has held leadership roles in tech, education, healthcare, venture capital, and consulting—blending entrepreneurial vision with disciplined execution and a focus on culture, strategy, and impact. An MBA graduate of London Business School and Kauffman Fellow, Pablo was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. He mentors with Endeavor and Victoria147, and has spoken at SXSW, WEF, AMEXCAP, and LAVCA. Today, he builds purpose-driven ventures that connect people, ideas, and capital for lasting change.

Born in Colombia and raised in NYC, Juan always dreamed of being an ad exec. With 15+ years in the industry—most of it alongside Gus and Marco—he’s proud to be a Believer, and now, a Creyente. Since graduating from Baruch College in 2007, he’s worked at top NYC agencies like Kaplan Thaler/Publicis, Y&R, and The Vidal Partnership, leading efforts for brands like Colgate LatAm, Nivea, Rémy Martin, TD Bank, Optimum, and Coors Light. As a Believer since 2016, Juan has helped craft award-winning campaigns for Spectrum, Burger King, DoorDash, Truly, Popeyes, Chobani, Bud Light, and more. He earned his MBA from Baruch in 2019 and now lives in Astoria with his wife and two young boys—grateful for the work, the people, and what’s still to come.
